Consumers are entitled to withdraw under the conditions set out below. A consumer, for this purpose, is any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes outside both their trade and their independent professional activity:
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a right of withdrawal that runs for fourteen days.
Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without stating a reason. That fourteen-day period runs from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision to withdraw with a clear statement — for example, a letter or email — sent to [email protected]. Using the attached model withdrawal form is optional, not required.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs — except any extra cost from choosing a delivery type other than our cheapest standard option. We will do this without undue delay, and in any case within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will use the same payment method you used originally, unless you expressly agree otherwise; either way, you will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal ends early where we begin performing the contract after all of the following: you expressly agreed to our starting performance before the withdrawal period ran out; you confirmed you understood that giving that consent would end your right of withdrawal once performance began; and we gave you confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, covering the contract's content and these conditions for early expiry.
